2. Products and Pricing
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
Placing an order is a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud). An order confirmation is sent by email once accepted.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Exception for hygiene reasons: due to health and hygiene considerations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products (lip, eye, face products) that have been unsealed or used, unless the product is defective — a standard exception under EU consumer law for hygiene-sensitive goods.
To exercise this right, contact info@lunaci.es before the deadline. Returned products must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original packaging.
7. Returns and Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, per applicable law.
8. Legal Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in Spain (currently 3 years from delivery), covering defects existing at the time of delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos, product photography, design) is the property of Patriotic Trade Co. / LUNACI Barcelona or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded, except where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable Spanish or EU law.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of EU consumers.
