If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics that have been unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned, unless the product is defective (Article 103(e) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). This does not affect your legal guarantee for defective products.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
