How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Orders within Spain are delivered free of charge in 5–8 business days. For the rest of the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, unsealed or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective.
